Search Engine Friendly URLs

Here in this blog post we discuss about the importance of the URL in the process of search engine optimization. Generating the SEO friendly URL is the complex task that the web developers think about. While developing the search engine friendly URL for the dynamic website containing specific keywords may both increase the ranking of the website as well as prompt a visitor to click the link provided in the page. There are two types of URL in the provocative search engine friendly URLs, they are:
1.      Static URLs: Static URLs does not include a query string. A PHP script without parameters is still static.

2.      Dynamic URLs: Normally dynamic URLS contains a query string, denoted by ?, a remarkable question mark along with a parameter for the PHP script. In case of the multiple parameters they implement the & and then appended in the earlier query string.

The practical solution for improving the SEO friendly URLs is to employ Apache’s mod_rewrite module to present URLs that are static or at least appear to be static but in fact they are mapped by the dynamic URLs. Hence , the above mentioned process is normally described as the URL_rewriting.

For improving the dynamic URLs through the function to create URLs to increase URL consistency and planning to reduce the number of parameters-rewritten or not- required for site navigation.
